Das Aluminiumgestell ist nach dem Lebenszyklus komplett recycelbar. Bestehend aus 2 gebogene Rundrohre 35 mm – am Rohrauslauf eingeschweißtes Blech mit Bohrung Radaufnahme – Verbindung in Alublech gelasert und mit dem Rohr verschweißt – verschraubt mit M8 – Flügelmutter 2 Tragrohre-Mitte Rundrohr 30 mm 1 Verbindungsrohr 30 mm gebogen mit Kreuzverbinder Spritzguss schwarz 2 Griffrohre verstellbar in der Einschubtiefe 25 mm. Alle Rohre 2 mm Wandstärke. 2 Seildreiecke 4 Federbolzen

• Description of production
The aluminium frame is manufactured in Germany. Short distances and high quality.
High proportion of recycled aluminium, complete renouncement of the use of composite materials in the framing structure (which means, that the aluminium frame can be recyceled completely.
Consisting of 2 bent cylindrical tubes, Ø 35 mm – at the pipe spouts welded-in sheet metals with boreholes…….
• Schwerpunkt und Ausrichtung:
Das Gepäck hängt zwischen dem Fahrgestell mit tiefem Schwerpunkt! Je tiefer der Schwerpunkt, desto weniger muss ich die Griffe in der Hand halten und den rollenden Rucksack ausbalancieren. Das ermöglicht ein entspanntes Gehen mit Bewegungsfreiraum der Arme. Je weiter das Gepäck in Richtung Laufrad liegt, desto weniger Gewicht ist am Tragesystem parallel zur Körperachse zu spüren; ca. 1/3 des Gesamtgewichtes. Bei stark unebenem Gelände, beim Bergabgehen und steinigen Wegen greife ich in das Seildreieck halte damit das Gleichgewicht und unterstütze die Balance. Beim Bergabgehen wird die Wirbelsäule geschont indem man den Beckengurt löst und damit entlastet und gleichzeitig etwas Gewicht auf die Schultern nimmt.
• Handling
The rolling backpack is a multi-purpose aluminium frame with one wheel which makes it possible to hike in an easy-going-manner: the luggage or the equipment is positioned in the harness with low centre of gravity close to the wheel and will be pulled by a hip belt and shoulder straps. The hands remain free – both aluminium rods are fixed with rotating snap hooks. This offers a large freedom of movement for the upper body and the arms. The substantial part of the weight runs about the wheel which relieves shoulders, back, knees and feet considerably: only approximately 1/3 of the total weight remains for carrying system (hip belt and shoulder straps).
In uneven terrain, when walking downhill or on stony paths you can support the rolling backpack if you take the ends of the rods in your hand or you grip into the string triangles. This keeps the balance
When walking downhill you can vary the distribution of the weight with slightly loosening the hip belt. This relieves the backbone and distributes more weig ht on the shoulders.
• Gewichtsabtragung
Bei einer Beladung von ca. 25Kg wird ein Gewicht von 8kg über die Mittelachse des Körpers, Hüftbereich rechts und links der Wirbelsäule aufgenommen. Durch die geringe Belastung von 8kg in der Körpermitte ist ein sehr aufrechtes Gehen und größeres Ausschreiten möglich. Dies wirkt positiv auf die Atmung und die Stellung der Füße (weniger Blasen).
• Distribution of weight
With the rolling backpack a load of 25 kg feels like approx. 8kg weight. Because of this rather low weight which is mainly distributed to the centre of the body it is easily possible to walk upright and to take longer strides. This has a positive effect on breathing and on the position of the feet. If the feet are not heavily belastet with weight, this helps to reduce the risk of injury to feet (blisters!) knees, hips and the back.
• Tragesystem
3D Hüftgurt mit bequem gepolsterten Schulterriemen. Schulterriemen und Hüftgurt sind mit 25mm Gurtband und Stecker und Dose verbunden. Das komplette Tragesystem ist auf jeder Seite mit einem Drehkarabiner ausgestattet und wird im Dreieckschnursystem eingehakt. Die Dreipunkt-Seilbefestigung ist mit der Griffstange über Schlaufen verbunden und auch schnell lösbar. Dadurch großer Bewegungsfreiraum im Oberkörper, ermöglicht eine gute Drehbewegung um die Körperachse und freies Schwingen der Arme.
• Carrying system

Shoulder strap and hip belt are connected by a 25 mm webbing (girth) via plug and receptacle (eher auch elektronischem bereich!)
The complete carrying system is equipped on both sides with rotating snap hooks and is fixed in a triangular rope system. This triangular rope system is connected via loops with the handle. It is easy to untie the loops. The rope system with the snap hooks offers a large freedom of movement with the upper body and a free swinging of the arms.
• Einsatz
Wandern und Pilgern auf Kurz- und Langstrecken,
Transport von Campingausrüstung, Faltbooten, Schlauchbooten, Kyts, Gleitschirme, Angelausrüstung, Fotoausrüstung.
Mit einem Planentuch anstelle des Gepäcknetzes, eignet der rolling-backpack sich hervorragend zu Obst-, Olivenernte und Weinlese in unzugänglichem Gelände.
Im Naturschutz, Pflege von Wildbestand, Landwirtschaft, Fortwirtschaft,
….. egal ob am Berg oder zum Strand,
Zur Versorgung der Hütten Nationalparks und in den Bergen.
Neben dem Standart rolling-backpack fertigen wir auch auf Kundenwunsch.
Mit dicken Reifen für Sand und Feld sowie schwere Ausführung mit Bremse.
Ideal für eine Wanderung zu zweit oder in Gruppen.
So können Unterschiede in Kondition und körperlicher Konstitution ausgeglichen werden.
Der rolling-backpack ermöglicht dem Konditionsstärkeren einen größeren Teil des Gepäcks für beide, oder die Gruppe zu transportiert.
Einer trägt den 10 kg leichten Rucksacks und der andere den mit 27 kg beladenen rolling-backpack. Alle 2 Stunden tauschen.
• Use
Hiking and making pilgrimage on short and long-distance walkings, transportation of camping equipment, folding canoes, dinghies, kites, para gliders, fishing equipment, photographic equipment, …
When using a tarp instead of the harness the rolling backpack is perfectly suited for fruit- , olive- or grape harvest in difficult terrain. Moreover it is applicable in the field of nature conservation, protection of wildlife population and their habitat, in agriculture or in forestry….in the mountains or to the beach…
The rolling backpack is ideal for hiking with two people or in groups. Differences in condition and constitution can easily be compensated: The stronger one can take the main part of the baggage, whereas the other person has only a light backpack. We made also good experience in changing: one person with the heavy load hikes with the rolling backpack, whereas the other one has only a light rucksack. After 2 hours: change
